Christian Bauer and John Bourke made London their home in 2004. Christian has a hotel management background and John is an entrepreneur who has always been self employed.

Christian holds a Masters Degree (MSc). He worked with Hilton in Dublin, Glasgow and London. Before establishing Premier London Property with John Bourke he was second in command at the Waldorf Hilton and the London Hilton on Park Lane as Director of Operations.

The hotel business has thoroughly equipped him for managing projects of all sizes (up to 30 million pounds at the Waldorf). Business Development, setting & controlling budgets and achieving the best value for money without compromising 5 star quality & standards are second nature to him.

He has a particular passion for working with people. Recruiting a professional team around him and building lasting and successful relationships with clients are some of his strong points.

John has an interior & garden design background. Before moving to London his house & garden in Dublin were open to the public for 10 years. He was chairman of the Dublin Garden Group and a founding member of the Great Gardens of Ireland. His privileged upbringing made him appreciate the finer things in live. He has an incredible eye for detail and keeps up to date with the latest trends translating them into his very own and unique style.

In July 2006 Christian & John, who have known each other for over 20 years, decided to pool their experience and resources and form Premier London Property.

“We haven’t looked back since. Although we both enjoyed our previous careers, the property business is what we enjoy most.
